Tanahu: A youth died on a road accident near the Buldi bridge in Byas municipality-2 of Tanahu last night.
The accident took place on the Prithivi highway. The deceased has been identified as Bibek Thapamagar,22, a resident of Malebagar in Byas-2, according to police.
Pillion rider Rajani Gurung,20, was injured in the accident, DSP of the District Police Office, Yubaraj Timilsena informed.
Thapamagar reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and met with the accident on his way to Ghansikuwa from Damauli. He died during the treatment at the Damauli hospital.
